Jorgen Steen-Pedersen - President and CEO
Danfoss AquaZ is headed by Jorgen Steen-Pedersen, who leads a focused team of international researchers working on the aquaporin membrane development.
Before being appointed head of Danfoss AquaZ in 2006, Jorgen successfully managed various R&D- and venture departments at Danfoss.

Dr. Carlo Montemagno - Co-founder and CTO
The team is supported by Carlo Montemagno, Dean of Engineering, University of Cincinnati, who developed and patented the first aquaporin nano membrane prototype.
Dr. Montemagno is a Fellow of the American Academy of Nanomedicine, a recipient of the Feynman Prize for Experimental Work in Nanotechnology, and a frequent keynote/plenary speaker. After completing his undergraduate studies, he joined the United States Navy and served for ten years in several senior management positions as a civil engineering corps officer.
